Partner (Law Enforcement, Homeland Security)
Pete Lamont leads INTEGRITYOne’s Partners (IOP) Department of Justice (DOJ) practice and major elements of its large Department of Homeland Security (DHS) practice. Mr. Lamont uses his extensive knowledge of the federal landscape and consulting industry in delivering management and information technology services to our clients. In this role, he leads new client acquisition and contract management across his practice areas, as well as management and leadership development of firm staff. As part of IOP’s senior leadership, Mr. Lamont supports the development and execution of the firm’s strategy and has primary responsibility for planning, leading, and delivering services in his practice areas.
Mr. Lamont has over 18 years of experience delivering program and project management, business performance improvement, enterprise transformation, and strategic planning services to clients in the Federal Market. Mr. Lamont’s 15 years of experience within the immigration enterprise includes the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and its predecessor, the Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the Department of State.
Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Lamont served as a Senior Manager in a “Big 4” firm where he built and led a large practice delivering organizational transformation services including change management, program management, financial management, and strategic planning services to Federal clients. In this role he also supported the practices strategy, growth, and management.
Mr. Lamont holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Master’s Degree in International Management from the University of Maryland. He has completed the Key Executives and Leading Professional Service Firms executive education programs at the Harvard Business School. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
